Dispatch and quality control
Every order is checked after production and dispatched from Morocco with tracked, insured delivery.
Production time
Made-to-order rugs usually require 3–6 weeks. Zellige tables usually require about 2 weeks. Other furniture, ceramics and commissioned pieces follow the estimate shown on the product page and order confirmation.
Transit and prices
Standard insured delivery is based on €45 in Europe/UK markets or €60 in international markets below the €450 free-shipping threshold. Express delivery is based on €150 in the selected region and normally arrives in 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Taxes and duties
The product page and checkout show the applicable shipping price, tax treatment and regional free-shipping threshold. EU customs handling is included where configured. For destinations outside the EU, import VAT, duties or carrier fees may be collected locally unless checkout expressly says they are included.
Handmade timing
Production and delivery dates are careful estimates. Handwork, quality control, transport and customs can vary; tracking is shared after dispatch.
