Made-To-Order And Custom-Size Rugs
Goods made to customer specifications can be excluded from the statutory withdrawal right. Independently of that exception, Benihaus voluntarily accepts eligible manual return requests for made-to-order and custom-size rugs within 14 days after delivery under the Return Policy. This voluntary promise does not reduce mandatory defect, transport-damage, conformity, or warranty rights.
How To Request A Return
Contact Benihaus with your order number and order email before returning the rug. We review the request manually and provide the return destination and packing instructions. Customers must not send a rug without authorization and are responsible for arranging and paying tracked, insured return transport unless mandatory law makes Benihaus responsible.
