14-Day Returns — Including Made-To-Order
Benihaus accepts a manual return request within 14 days after delivery for standard, made-to-order, and custom-size rugs as an additional voluntary policy, subject to these terms. The rug must remain unused, clean, undamaged, and in its original condition and protective packaging.
Customer-Paid Return Shipping
Contact Benihaus before sending anything. Returns are reviewed and authorized manually; there is no immediate or automatic return label. The customer arranges suitable tracked and insured transport and pays the direct return and packaging costs. Different rules apply when a rug is defective, damaged in transport, or incorrect.
Reknotting Warranty And Legal Rights
Return eligibility is separate from the Benihaus reknotting and reweave warranty for structural weaving faults and from mandatory rights for defective or misdescribed goods. Normal handmade variation, wear, misuse, unsuitable cleaning, and accidental damage are not structural weaving faults.
