Production, delivery, and prices
Made-to-order rugs usually require 3–6 weeks of weaving and quality control. Insured standard delivery is based on €45 in Europe/UK markets or €60 in international markets below the €450 free-shipping threshold. Express is based on €150 in the selected region and normally arrives in 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Taxes, duties, and free delivery
The product page and checkout show the applicable shipping price, tax treatment, and regional free-shipping threshold. EU customs handling is included where configured. Outside the EU, import VAT, duties, or carrier fees may apply unless checkout expressly says they are included.
Quality control and tracking
Orders are checked after production and dispatched from Morocco with insured tracking. Handmade production, transport, and customs can vary, so dates are careful estimates rather than fixed promises.
