Our commitment
Benihaus is committed to making its storefront, product information, cart, checkout, and customer support accessible to people with disabilities. We currently target WCAG 2.2 Level AA and continue to review the service as content and commerce features change.
Current conformance status
The storefront is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means that some parts may not yet fully meet every success criterion. We do not claim full conformance until automated checks, keyboard review, screen-reader testing, zoom and reflow testing, and third-party checkout testing have been completed and documented.
Accessibility features
The site includes keyboard-operable navigation and dialogs, visible focus treatment, reduced-motion support, structured headings, form labels, and a first-party display preference panel for text size, contrast, link emphasis, motion, and typography. Preferences are stored only in the visitor's browser.
Known limitations
Some third-party payment, support, analytics, visualizer, and embedded services may provide an experience that differs from the main storefront. Product media, dynamically updated cart states, translated content, and account and checkout journeys remain under continuing review.

If you encounter a barrier, contact support@benihaus.com and describe the page, task, browser, device, and assistive technology used. We will provide product information, ordering support, or another reasonable communication route while the issue is investigated.
