How it works:
1️⃣ Order & Payment (Day 1)
You choose the size, the type of the fringes, and place your order. Your payment is only authorized; not charged.
2️⃣ Start of Production (Day 3-4)
After a final check, our Berber artisans begin knotting your rug. Payment is charged at this stage, and you will receive a confirmation.
3️⃣ Hand-Knotting (3-6 Weeks)
Your rug is created in the High Atlas. You receive exclusive photo and video updates from the workshop.
4️⃣ Shipping (1-3 Days after completion)
Your finished rug is carefully packed and shipped with insurance. You receive a tracking number via email.
5️⃣ Delivery
Your unique piece reaches you; ready for your home!

- 📍 Europe (incl. UK): 7-10 business days
- 📍 North America & Australia: 2-4 business days
Total time from order to delivery: 4-7 weeks
(3-6 weeks hand-knotting + approx. 7 days shipping)
Shipping Costs
FREE shipping on orders over €450
Under €450:
- 🇩🇪🇪🇺 Germany & Europe (incl. UK): €45
- 🌎 North America & Australia: €60
All shipments are fully insured and equipped with live tracking.
Customs Duties & Taxes
EU Customers (incl. Germany):
- ✅ Duty-free! We handle all customs procedures for you
- ✅ As a small business, we do not charge VAT; a direct price advantage for you
- ✅ The price shown is your final price
If you still had to pay customs duties, we will refund them fully (send proof of payment to info@benihaus.de)(Only for EU customers).
Rest of the World:
Customs duties may apply depending on the country. Please inform yourself in advance about your country’s import regulations.
Shipment Tracking
You will automatically receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your rug has been shipped. This allows you to see where your unique piece is at any time.
