Orders
Order acceptance, production, delivery, and availability are governed by the terms active at purchase time. Free insured delivery applies when the item total reaches the regional threshold shown before checkout.
Product Variation
Handmade rugs can include natural variation in wool, weave, size, and color.
Coupons
Only one coupon may be applied per order unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Made-To-Order Product Types
Custom rugs, Zellige tables and fountains, ceramic sinks, selected ceramics, cushions, and other commissioned pieces follow the specification and production estimate shown on the product page, draft order, and order confirmation. A product is not ready to ship merely because its design is listed online.
