The atelier confirms the specification, prepares the wool, completes the handwork, finishes and checks the piece, then prepares insured tracked dispatch. Order updates should distinguish production from shipping so the next step remains clear.
Before your rug leaves the atelier
The finished rug is checked against the order specification, photographed or recorded where appropriate, and prepared for transport. Confirm your delivery address promptly and keep the production and delivery messages for your records.
