For made-to-order work, the atelier confirms the specification first. Payment is completed only after your approval and before knotting begins.
Hand-knotting begins
Once payment is confirmed, the atelier prepares the wool and begins knotting. Structural weaving faults remain covered by our reknotting warranty.
Protected delivery & aftercare
Your rug ships with tracking. Eligible orders have a manual 14-day return route; payment-method protections are confirmed during checkout.
