Benihaus products are dispatched from Morocco with insured, tracked delivery after quality control.
Making time
Rugs usually require 3–6 weeks of production. Zellige tables usually require about 2 weeks. Fountains, ceramic sinks, ceramics, cushions, poufs and other commissioned pieces use the estimate shown on the product page and order confirmation.
Transit and express
Standard transit is normally 9–13 days after dispatch. Express delivery may be offered outside Europe for eligible products and destinations and takes up to 5 days after dispatch; it is not available in Europe.
Shipping, tax and duties
The product page and checkout show shipping charges or the regional free-shipping threshold. EU prices are tax-inclusive where configured. Non-EU import duties or taxes may apply unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Estimated dates
Production and delivery dates are careful estimates. Handmade production, quality control, transport and customs can vary. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
