Payment authorization and debiting:
- Pre-authorization: At the time of ordering, we authorize your payment method to ensure that the required funds are available.
- Debit: Payment will be debited as soon as our artisans start making your custom rug, typically three days after your order. You will receive a notification when the payment is debited.

- PayPal: Secure and convenient, allows you to pay with your PayPal balance or linked bank account.
- Local payment methods: Depending on your location, we also support other secure local payment methods such as Apple Pay, Klarna, Sofort, EPS and more. These methods ensure a smooth transaction process tailored to your region.
Failed payment:
- If the debit fails due to insufficient funds or other problems, we will notify you immediately. You will have 24 hours to resolve the problem. If the problem is not resolved within this period, the order may be canceled.

- We use SSL encryption to protect your payment information. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways, keeping your data safe and confidential.
Currency:
- All transactions are processed in EUR (€). If you pay with another currency, your bank may charge currency conversion fees.
Taxes and duties:
- Depending on your country, additional taxes and duties may apply. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are to be borne by the customer.
