Pre-Shipping time

Production (Not Included in Delivery Time):

Our rugs are meticulously handcrafted, requiring a production time of 3 to 6 weeks. This is the time needed to craft your custom Beni Ourain rug with the utmost care.

Handling:

After production is complete, your order will undergo processing for 1 to 3 days (Monday to Sunday) to prepare and package it for shipment.

Shipping times

Please note that the following delivery times begin after the completion of production and handling.

  • Germany: 3 to 5 business days (
  • Europe (including the UK): 3 to 6 business days.
  • North America and Australia: 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Germany & Europe (including the UK):
    • Free Shipping on orders over €450
    • Standard Shipping: €45 for orders under €450
  • North America and Australia:
    • Free Shipping on orders over €450
    • Standard Shipping: €60 for orders under €450

Customs duties and taxes

  • Europe: Customs duties and taxes apply.
  • US, Canada & Australia: Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.
  • Rest of the world: Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Important Note on Delivery Estimates

The estimated delivery time provided does not include the 3 to 6-week production period required to create your custom rug. Once your rug is ready, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey to your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your parcel.
